They’re probably very busy, fair enough. But you know how many orders there are, so hire enough delivery vans or don’t accept that many delieveries or requests because charging £9 delivery that doesn’t arrive until 4pm isn’t really on, is it? Very over priced for unbelievably late delivery. Also not apologetic in the slightest, “yeah well we’re busy”. Aye I can tell but that’s not my problem. Flowers don’t look as good as pictures online either.
